The “race mind”, as it will be referred to here, is the totality of dense, materially-focused consciousness of the human race. This is all the subconscious gunk and non-beneficial convictions that humans automatically adopt when they approach a perspective of life from the illusion of a solely physical existence.
The race mind includes belief in the illusions of “lack”, “failure”, “poor health”, “disharmony”, “good and evil”, “hard work”, “competition”, “inequality”, “imperfection”, “victimhood”, etc.
Unless and until you are able to unplug from and transcend the race mind, you will continue to create a personal reality that is dictated by the aforementioned error thoughts.
Integrated Energy Healing is a method of energy work that intuitively integrates different holistic modalities into one session.
This includes one or more of the following: Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Movement, etc.
It no longer serves for us to remain satisfied with simply being “mankind”. It is long overdue that we step forward in our next evolution of consciousness and claim our Divinity and birthright as God-kind on earth.

I am a work-from-the-inside-out kind of person. I believe in taking full responsibility for my reality and the way I project Consciousness through the filter of my personal perspective. In my opinion, we are all 100% responsible for the apparent state of the world and we have all the power of The Universe to change things if we perceive something that we do not like. It’s important to remember that being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are “at fault”. It does, however, mean that it if we want to experience something different, we have to be the ones who change. And that change happens within before it happens in the apparent external world.

Doom and gloom mentality

If you are still dominated by mass-consciousness, you might have a mentality that everything is doomed. This is an illusion that convinces you that there is no hope and all is falling apart. You may perceive destruction and violence in your life because your perspective —and thus your personal reality— is informed by the race mind and its indoctrination of fear, “lack”, and competition.

Experiences of “lack” and “poor health”

If you are still conditioned by the incredibly materialistic “lack” consciousness of the race mind, you will continue to have experiences of never having enough supply, no matter what you do or how hard you work. This includes perceiving yourself to lack health and vitality even though you are following all the advised health and wellness tips. Your birthright is to be healthy and abundant so disconnecting from mass-consciousness is incredibly important.

Signs that you are plugged into the race mind:

Feelings of being a “victim”

If you are still buying into the belief that you have no authority in your life, you might be convinced that everything is working directly against you. You might have experiences of being tossed about in life with no choice of your own. Or you may perceive that “the cards are stacked against you” and people are gaining from your losses. It is an incredibly compelling illusion and one that prevents you from claiming your power.

Working an uninspiring job

It can be very convincing to believe that you have to work an uninspiring “dead end” job to support yourself. This is especially so if you are approaching the world from an entirely materialistic perspective. You might be fatigued, feeling unaccomplished, feeling like you are not living your soul-purpose; and the illusion of needing to support yourself by material means can scare you into maintaining this lifestyle. The truth is, your birthright is to experience True Place success, doing work that you inspires you.

Feelings of being disconnected

The race mind is conditioning that is based in the illusion of separation. This can bring feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and abandonment. You may feel numb and disconnected from other human beings or even disconnected from yourself and the Divine. Everything is connected at its fundamental level, but you can potentially buy into this perspective and have the experience of being disconnected from the world.

Attaching your self-worth to material things

The race mind is entrenched in the illusion of a shallow material reality. This comes with a real focus on attaching your identity and self-worth to objects and titles. This attachment tends to create the experience of a complete lack of depth in your interactions with the world, especially in your personal relationships. Clinging to material objects can also lead to devastation in the face of inevitable change and loss, which can completely sabotage your sense of self-value.
